Harmony Elementary School welcomes Stephen Hunter as our new principal!
Mr. Hunter is entering his 14th year with Pickens County Schools. A proud graduate of Pickens County Schools, Mr. Hunter taught at Jasper Middle School and Pickens High School prior to entering educational leadership. This will be his first year as principal at Harmony Elementary, where he has previously served as the assistant principal for three years. Stephen has been married to his wife, Kristin, for 11 years. They have two sons, Hayes, who is eight years old, and Hayden, who is five years old. Both boys will be attending Harmony Elementary this upcoming school year, adding a personal connection to his professional role. Mr. Hunter is excited to welcome both faculty and students back to Harmony Elementary School for a successful school year.
